How is Teamgo priced?
Teamgo is priced per physical location on a monthly or annual subscription.
Do annual plans include a discount?
Yes. Annual subscriptions include a 20% discount.
Do not-for-profit organisations get special pricing?
Yes. Registered non-profits receive an extra 10% discount on annual subscriptions.
Are hardware costs included in the subscription?
No. Hardware such as iPads, stands, and printers are purchased separately. We only sell hardware within Australia, Teamgo uses readily available consumer IT devices so you can easily source locally.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Plans can be upgraded instantly through your account or by contacting support. We simply prorate your price through to your next subscription renewal date.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. Organisations needing advanced features, SSO, SCIM, SLAs, or multi-site deployment can access enterprise pricing.
Does each location require a separate license?
Yes. Each physical site requires its own license for accurate reporting and compliance. You only need one subscription and centrally manage all your locations from this.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept bank transfer for annual accounts and for monthly or annual payments Teamgo accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and bank transfer. Multi-currency support is available.
Are there volume discounts for multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location customers using annual plans receive volume-based discounts.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Teamgo offers a free trial, and extensions can be granted upon request.
Can I add a new location anytime?
Yes. We add your new location license so you can setup and then invoice you with prorate pricing for the license(s) until the subscription renewal date.

What devices does Teamgo support for kiosks?
Teamgo kiosks run on Apple iPads using the Teamgo Kiosk App from the App Store. We also support Android devices like Samsung Tabs etc, same kiosk app with a convenient choice of platform.
Can kiosks be customised with branding?
Yes. Logos, colours, backgrounds, and custom button layouts can all be configured.
Do kiosks need an internet connection?
Yes, but cached sign-ins will sync once the kiosk reconnects.
Can one iPad kiosk handle multiple sign-in types?
Yes. Each kiosk can manage visitors, staff, contractors, deliveries, and other workflows.
Can I lock down an iPad so it’s kiosk-only?
Yes. Guided Access mode ensures the device remains secure and focused on the Teamgo Kiosk App.

What information can be printed on badges?

Yes. Badges can include an expiry time based on your visitor workflow rules.
What printers work best with Teamgo?
Teamgo works with Brother QL-810W, QL-820NWB, and selected AirPrint label printers. We highly recommend the Brother QL-820NWB label printer and DK-11202 labels.
Can Teamgo print different badges for visitors and contractors?
