Teamgo is subscription software so you pay one monthly or annual price and get the service, updates and support all included. Teamgo charges for its service by offering plans with different features multiplied by the number of locations you need to use the service.

Most visitor management systems will find ways to charge you for every data metric. Teamgo prices your service based on the most suitable plan you choose multiplied (x) number of workplace locations. The more locations you have, will lower the cost your location license fee.

Teamgo is and will always be a subscription service. This will ensure you have control over your account spend anytime for updates, plan changes or terminations. We do NOT offer a one time purchase option.

Yes, some providers offer free plans with basic features, but advanced functionalities typically require paid plans. Do not be fooled, no one is giving anything away for free, if it is free the provider will use you as a lead to a potential paid service and you will get endless marketing material and phone calls.

Visitor management software can vary in costs but like everything you will get what you pay for. The average monthly price for a service is $50USD and annually is around $700USD. Teamgo offers several plans to suite organisation software all sizes and we have been delivering and optimising cloud visitor management for over 12 years with our goal being to drive down costs.

Hardware is sold seperate from the software subscription. You are welcome to bring your own hardware to the service or purchase from Teamgo if you are in Australia. 

Teamgo does NOT charge any fees for setup of the service. Your subscription price includes any setup and support fees associated with the service.

Teamgo does NOT charge per visitor or user. Our plans may have some limitations on user limits but there are NO costs for these metrics. Unlimited visitors, unlimited check in always.

Teamgo subscriptions are the same for all industry types. We do however offer discounts for nonprofits, education or customized plans for large enterprises.

Integrations are available on subscriptions with this function include. It is typically found on our mid to high level plans where customers need to extend the system further and talk to 3rd party services.

Teamgo will provide a generous 20% discount on all annual services. We over 12, 24 and 36 month annual options and custom options. Commit to Teamgo today for the long haul, and we will commit to you with affordable, cost effective visitor management.

All plans include support as part of the subscription pricing. The access to types of support may changed based on your chosen subscription plan. We can also add support services to any plan if you required this level of help.

Yes, if you have multiple locations or a large volume deployment we can work with you to identify cost savings and provide a custom priced solution.

Our entry level plans include everything you need to setup a digital sign in solution for your visitors. It’s a great replacement to paper books or older software/spreadsheets. Pay only for the things you need and nothing you don’t.

All data storage is included in your subscription pricing. Plans are created with features that offer appropriate levels of storage which is unlimited on all plans. This is for both your visitor records and any document or digital media uploads.

Yes we offer a full 30 day trial evaluation period that does not require a payment card to sign up and won’t constantly spam you with messages to buy. Try it in your own time, if you need a custom trial get in touch with us.

Teamgo offers volume discounts for multiple licenses and significant discounts for organisations requiring 25+ location licenses. Not all workplaces are the same and we understand that custom pricing can be paramount to a cost effective visitor solution.

Teamgo does not charge cancellation and termination fees for the service. We also do not offer subscription refunds so if you need to terminate contact us before your next renewal period.

Teamgo is designed to be highly scalable to our customers needs. You can upgrade at anytime, either plan or additional locations.
