Thank you for visiting and shopping at Teamgo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy on physical goods sold via our online store.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping method is via AusPost, Fastway Couriers or StarTrack Express
  • Estimated delivery time from most orders is 2-3 days
  • Items not in stock, customer will be notified of delays
  • All shipping methods include express delivery and insurance

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or G.P.O boxes

Teamgo ships to all addresses within Australia and Australian Territories. If you have specific requirements for delivery to a P.O. box please add this as a note with your order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Teamgo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Teamgo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds & Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Teamgo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns & Refund policies.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded only exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts

Teamgo does not process gift orders or offer Gift Cards.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over value of $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
